I went along with the tedious rehab process because I was trying to get a CCTV system and couldn't buy it myself. The doctor asked about my vocational goal. When I told him I was a writer, he laughed at me. "Maybe if you were a great writer like Hemingway or someone like that, the State would buy you a CCTV, but they'll never get one for you!"
